Our client, an industry leader in green hydrogen solutions, delivered a state-of-the-art hydrogen plant in Cairo, Egypt.
As part of the agreement, the client retained initial operational responsibility before handing the plant over to the end-client. Recognizing the need for cost-effective interim operators, they sought out Plant Supervision, specifically leveraging our Indian branch—Plant Supervision India.
Challenge
With the holiday season approaching, our clients in-house operators were scheduled to return home, creating a short-term staffing gap. Given the short, fixed duration of the project, hiring permanent staff was impractical and would have created excess personnel once the plant was handed over.
As a result, the company turned to Plant Supervision to rapidly source two experienced operators, who could step in and ensure smooth operations without driving up expenses.

Drawing on the resources of our Plant Supervision India branch, we identified two of our Indian process engineers with relevant experience from similar technologies and multiple European projects in the Middle East. Upon receiving our clients request, we presented our two candidates as a qualified and low-cost solution. Once approved, we quickly arranged visas, transportation, and all necessary paperwork. The swift process enabled our engineers to be onsite in Kairo within three days.
