How we use your information

When you use our website

When you visit our website “cookies” are used to collect information about you, allowing us to customize and improve our content. When collecting this information, we act as data controller. Please find our cookiepolicy here.

When you submit an enquiry via our website

When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your name, company name and email address. We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our products and services. We may contact you several times after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered your it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale.

Your enquiry will be sent by e-mail to our relevant employees.

We do not use information you provide to make automated decisions that may affect you. We store your inquiry for 6 months, after which we delete it.

If you include your CV in the enquiry and thereby request to become a supervisor, we will store your information for the current year + 3 years. Your information is stored on a secure internal server with us, and only relevant employees have access to your information. At the same time, you give your consent to us forwarding your information to external customers or partners, in our efforts to enter into agreements regarding a supervisor project or to administer a supervisor project.

Your rights as a data subject

  • You have the right to know at any time what personal data we have about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is incorrect. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw the consent at any time.
  • If we process your personal data based on consent or performance of a contract, you may ask us to provide you with a copy of data in a machine-readable format so that you can transfer it to another provider.
  • If we process your personal information based on consent or legitimate interest, you may request that your data be deleted.

You have the right to ask us to stop using your information for a while if you believe that we do not process it legally.

Finally, in some cases, you may ask us not to make decisions that affect you by using automated processing or profiling.

We regularly review this privacy policy and update it from time to time as our services and use of personal data evolve. If we wish to make use of your personal data in a way that we have not previously done, we will contact you to provide information about this and, if necessary, request your consent.

We update the version number and date of this document each time it changes.
