  • What types of employment do you offer?
    • We offer temporary and full-time employment, as well as collaborations with freelancers. 
  • What are the typical process for me, from being presented to a project to arriving on site?
    • We start by briefing you on a potential project and introducing you to the client. Afterwards, you will be assigned a project manager and assistant who will take care of everything from accommodations to work visas. All you have to do is arrive on-site for the designated project period.
  • Am I insured during a project?
    • Yes, you are covered by professional indemnity insurance that protects you against claims for loss or damage made by clients or third parties. Furthermore, you will receive a travel insurance in case of sickness or injury.
  • What qualifications and experience are required to join Plant Supervision?
    •  Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of experience, but if you believe you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you. Your educational levels are secondary to your professionalism, flexibilty and general approach to tasks and challenges.

  • What is the average duration of a project assignment?
    • Our projects vary from one week to several years, but we always strive to find a project with a duration that suits you. Moreover, with large projects and multipe stakeholders, delays or extensions will sometimes be a part of your deployment.
  • How does Plant Supervision ensure safety on project sites?
    • Once on site, it is our clients responsibility to comply with all safety regulations. Should you experience any deviations from the health and safety codes, you are to contact us immediatly. Your safety is our top priority and we will ensure that the client upholds all safety standards.
