About the Position:
Are you passionate about ensuring safety and compliance in dynamic work environments? We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across our site operations while promoting a culture of safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations across site activities.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for site personnel to raise awareness and ensure adherence.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to ensure seamless integration of HSE practices into site operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory HSE role within construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Certification in HSE practices, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and guide teams effectively.
- Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement practical mitigation measures.

Plant Supervision ApS has existed since 2011, situated in Aalborg, Denmark with divisions in Copenhagen and India. As a subcontracting company, with our customers often being equipment suppliers. We provide experienced technicians for supervision of construction, installation and commissioning of industrial installations, both domestically and internationally. Our workforce consists of professional experts with relevant backgrounds in electrical, automation, process, and mechanical fields.
Our Compliance and HR Team are handles flight, housing, car rental and many other practical issues working abroad and support with knowledge about tax, social security-issues etc. Currently we have 118 traveling employees working on 57 projects in 24 countries.
