Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Risk Assessment Specialist to conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the value chain of a large international industrial enterprise. The role focuses on identifying risk scenarios, executing assessments, defining risk levels and recommending mitigation measures across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, construction/project execution and service operations. The assessment methodology and framework are already established; the specialist will drive and execute the process in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. This position ensures robust risk management practices and clear documentation of findings to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
– Identify relevant cyber risk scenarios across business areas
– Plan and conduct Cyber Security Risk Assessments according to defined framework
– Evaluate and define risk levels based on assessment results
– Identify and document appropriate mitigation measures
– Collaborate with stakeholders to drive assessment progress and alignment
– Prepare detailed reports and present findings to key decision-makers
– Monitor assessment timelines and ensure timely delivery of outputs
– Maintain accurate documentation and track follow-up actions
Required education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field is required. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
Required experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience performing Cyber Security Risk Assessments, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven track record of executing assessments across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, construction/project execution and service operations. Demonstrated ability to translate technical threats into concrete business risk scenarios.
Additional requirements
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus. Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally. Fluent English is required; proficiency in Danish or another European language is desirable.
