Plant Supervision is experiencing increased activity on data center projects throughout the Nordics, and we are therefore looking for skilled and committed professionals to join our team.
We are hiring:
- Commissioning Engineers – Electrical
- Commissioning Engineers – Mechanical
- MV Electricians (Medium Voltage)

Commissioning Engineer – Electrical
Your main responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of commissioning activities
- FAT, SAT, IST, and system testing
- Review and verification of electrical installations
- Troubleshooting and optimization
- Close collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and the client
We expect that you:
- Have experience with commissioning on large-scale projects (preferably data centers)
- Have solid knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV, UPS, generators, switchgear, etc.)
- Work in a structured and documentation-focused manner
- Speak and write English
Commissioning Engineer – Mechanical
Your main responsibilities:
- Commissioning of HVAC, cooling, and mechanical systems
- Performance and functional testing
- Documentation and quality assurance
- Coordination across disciplines
We expect that you:
- Have experience with mechanical systems in critical environments
- Have worked with chilled water, CRAH/CRAC units, chillers, etc.
- Have commissioning experience from large construction projects
- Work independently and professionally
MV Electrician
Your main responsibilities
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of MV equipment
- Work with substations, switchgear, and cable routing
- Troubleshooting and safety testing
- Compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations
We expect that you:
- Are a trained electrician with experience in MV
- Have experience from industrial projects or data centers
- Focus on quality and safety
- Are able to work on projects across the Nordics
