Background
For a client’s site in Grindsted, Denmark, Plant Supervision did not only provide the right candidate but did it within five days of the initial request. How? Because our extensive and carefully curated workforce allows us to match projects and candidates within even the slimmest areas of expertise.
Challenge
The pressure was rising when a Danish manufacturer of conveyer and palletizing systems for the pharmaceutical sector stood before a big system setup. The problem: they had a project manager, only he was too busy juggling three other active sites and couldn’t possibly take on another one. Without rapid intervention, the client risked delays and strained resources across other critical projects. With the project’s progress at risk, the client quickly thought of calling Plant Supervision, who they had worked with on a previous project.

Our solution
The expedition was quick. Contact was made on a Wednesday, a meeting followed on Thursday, and the chosen candidate was on-site and ready to go— with all legal documentation and compliance in place—by Monday.
Drawing from our pre-qualified internal database, we identified and deployed a Site and HSE Manager with prior experience from a comparable conveyor systems company. This meant the candidate could integrate seamlessly with both the project scope and the client’s work culture.
The site manager was tasked with overseeing subcontractors, ensuring on-site HSE compliance, and maintaining clear, ongoing communication with the customer. His technical background and site leadership experience made him immediately effective—he required minimal onboarding and was, according to the client, “self-sufficient from day one.”
This successful match was no coincidence. At Plant Supervision, we invest time in building up our pool of candidates and ensuring they stay active and engaged across projects. This ongoing development process allows us to respond fast to inquiries without compromising on quality.
