About the job
Site Manager – Major Energy Project (South Australia) | Client-Side Role | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a Site Manager with a strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical installations and commissioning to join a large-scale energy infrastructure project in Australia.
Key Requirements:
- Australian citizen or permanent resident – Due to project timelines, only candidates with existing full work rights will be considered.
- Proven experience representing the client side on large infrastructure projects.
- Background in battery, solar, or substation projects is highly preferred.
- Must have site management experience, with solid understanding of local standards and procedures.
- Comfortable with rotational work schedules.
- Ideally based in Southern Australia, though candidates from other regions will be considered if willing to travel.
- Able to oversee installation (2025–2026) and commissioning phase (2026–2027).
- Must be able to manage and understand overall site progress, coordinating across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines — we’re looking for a well-rounded generalist, not a narrowly focused specialist.
Start: ASAP | Duration: Now through 2027
If you’re a proactive, hands-on Site Manager ready to take on a pivotal role in one of Australia’s most exciting energy projects, we’d love to hear from you.
