We’re looking for a structured and ambitious Building Constructor to support our projects both technically and administratively – with a diverse task portfolio and strong opportunities for professional growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing cost estimates for tenders (in collaboration with and guided by the tender manager)
- Setting up documentation within:
- Quality assurance (QA)
- Health and safety
- Building element overviews
- Creating and maintaining a database of documentation from past projects
- Managing setup and updates of DS1140, including guidance and support for subcontractors
- Leading implementation of sustainability requirements and related documentation, as well as maintaining best practice materials
- Contributing to updates and operation of our social media (LinkedIn and Facebook)
- Handling ad hoc tasks that ease the workload of project managers
Your background
- Educated Building Constructor or similar
- Experience from a similar position is an advantage – but newly graduates with the right attitude are welcome too
- Interest in quality, sustainability, and structured building processes
- You work in a methodical way and enjoy both the details and the big picture
- Curious about digitalization, standards, and process development
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
