Do you have experience with either BHF (Bag House Filter) or ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) construction?
We are looking for supervisors who can supervise complete mechanical filter erection, coordinate with sub-contractors, and advising on various installation and safety aspects.
Location: Projects worldwide
Start date: As soon as possible but we will wait for the right candidates
Qualifications:
You have at least two years of working experience in a similar position as Site Manager, Construction Manager, Mechanical Supervisor for Mechanical Construction Projects.
- Great teamwork capabilities.
- Has good understanding of construction quality issues.
- Effective people management.
- Commercial skills.
- Has good understanding of erection quality issues.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Good knowledge as user of 3D Model software.
- Great english communicative skills (both verbal and written)
NOTE: You don’t need experience with both BHS and ESP. A comprehensive on-boarding will ensure, that you receive the right knowledge on all areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical special expertise to advise the end-client on how to install filters.
- Advise the installation work of the end-client’s contractors according to specifications and the end-client’s installation schedule, and give instructions regarding welding procedures, technical sequences, and safety precautions.
- Give early instructions to prevent accidents, damages, or delays on-site.
- Notify the end-client if installation, repair, or optimization works at the site are not satisfactory.
- Advise on installation activities on-site.
- Follow-up on agreed time schedules and update schedules on a weekly basis, based on contractor’s input, and alert the end-client of deviations.
- Verify, as much as reasonable, that contractors’ reported progress is correct in regards to welding activities.
- Advise the end-client and its contractors in their use of installation instructions and drawings.
