Anlagenbauer f\u00fcr Kraftwerksl\u00f6sungen, erhielt den Auftrag, modernste Ausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr ein Biomassekraftwerk in Frankreich zu liefern und zu installieren. F\u00fcr die Inbetriebnahme Phase sollten zwei Ingenieure aus dem eigenen Team entsendet werden \u2013 einer aus D\u00e4nemark, einer von den Philippinen. <\/p><p>Urspr\u00fcnglich wollte der Kunde den gesamten Entsendeprozess selbst organisieren \u2013 gest\u00fctzt auf Erfahrungen aus einem \u00e4hnlichen Projekt in Frankreich vor zwei Jahren. Doch aufgrund neuer Herausforderungen musste Plant Supervision schlie\u00dflich die komplette Abwicklung \u00fcbernehmen. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>W\u00e4hrend der Kunde die d\u00e4nischen Vorschriften gut kannte, brachte die Entsendung des philippinischen Ingenieurs zus\u00e4tzliche Komplexit\u00e4t \u2013 mit arbeitsrechtlichen Anforderungen sowohl in Frankreich als auch auf den Philippinen.<\/p><p>Als die Fristen n\u00e4her r\u00fcckten und der Aufwand immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer wurde, war klar: Das Projekt lie\u00df sich intern nicht mehr effizient und risikofrei abwickeln.<\/p><p>An diesem Punkt \u00fcbernahm Plant Supervision den gesamten Prozess, um eine reibungslose und
