This role requires maintaining structured, traceable records, consolidating P&amp;ID mark-ups, and verifying documentation against field installations. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with process systems, P&amp;IDs, and line walks, combined with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You will work cross-functionally to identify gaps and ensure documentation complies with project requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable Initial Cleaning documentation.<br \/>\n&#8211; Update and consolidate P&amp;ID master file with execution mark-ups.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prepare, review, and follow up on Initial Cleaning protocols.<br \/>\n&#8211; Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve documentation gaps.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support line walks to verify installations and validate documentation.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for data collection.<br \/>\n&#8211; Implement version control and ensure document traceability.<\/p>\n<h2>Required education<\/h2>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marine, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.<\/p>\n<h2>Required experience<\/h2>\n<p>Minimum 3 years of experience in process or chemical engineering roles with a strong focus on technical documentation, P&amp;IDs, and field verification. Proven track record of managing large volumes of engineering records and maintaining document control systems.<\/p>\n<h2>Additional requirements<\/h2>\n<p>Willingness to work on site Monday to Friday. Document control certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus. Proficiency in English.
