Overview<\/h2>\n

The Planner serves as a central sparring partner for project management, ensuring progress, transparency, and effective control across diverse stakeholders. They develop, update, and optimize the project schedule in Primavera OPC and MS Project in collaboration with the client\u2019s project lead. The Planner ensures schedules support progress tracking, risk mitigation, and resource allocation while forming a solid basis for follow-up and reporting. They may also contribute to OPC implementation in other projects.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

– Prepare and maintain detailed schedules in Primavera OPC and MS Project
\n– Monitor progress in close collaboration with project managers and technical leads
\n– Identify dependencies, risks, and deviations and implement corrective actions
\n– Validate and follow up on schedules from suppliers and partners
\n– Prepare status and progress reports for management and other stakeholders
\n– Conduct risk assessments, what-if analyses, and baseline management
\n– Ensure quality and consistency in structure and data through an integrated approach
\n– Contribute to the implementation of OPC in other projects as needed<\/p>\n

Required education<\/h2>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.<\/p>\n

Required experience<\/h2>\n

Minimum 3\u20135 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling, with demonstrable expertise in Primavera OPC and MS Project. Proven track record of managing multi-level schedules (Level 1\u20133), conducting risk analyses, baseline control, and producing stakeholder reports.<\/p>\n

Additional requirements<\/h2>\n

Certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tool preferred. Willingness to travel domestically as required. Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.<\/p>\n
